Who we are
WingFy is an AI platform for business that brings CRM, customer service, marketing and HR together in a single product. This website (wingfy.ai) is our informational site and the place where you can request a demo.
What we collect
When you submit the demo form, we collect the details you provide: your name, company, email, phone number, industry and any optional message. We also record basic technical data with the submission, such as your IP address and a timestamp.
We do not run advertising trackers on this site. The site loads web fonts from Google Fonts, a third-party service, to render its typography.
How we use it
- To contact you about the demo you requested and answer your questions.
- To keep a record of your request so our team can follow up.
We do not sell your information, and we don't share it except with the service providers that help us operate (for example, our email delivery provider that sends the notification and your confirmation).
Data isolation and security
Privacy is built into the WingFy platform: each client's data lives in its own isolated database, with no mixing between accounts, and important actions are logged for audit. You bring your own AI provider key, so your prompts and content go directly to the provider you choose. Retention, export and deletion of data stay under your control.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted through this site at any time by emailing hello@wingfy.ai. We'll take care of it promptly.
Terms of use
This website is provided for information about WingFy. Use of the WingFy platform itself is governed by a separate service agreement. The content on this site may change without notice, and it is offered without warranties of any kind. The WingFy name, brand and materials on this site belong to WingFy.
